Academic & Professional Background

Graduated with honors from the Universidad Católica Argentina, Ignacio holds a Master’s degree in Law and Economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, as well as an international certification in Ethics & Compliance awarded by Universidad del CEMA and the Ethics & Compliance Initiative (ECI) certification, among other postgraduate degrees and accreditations.

Throughout his professional career, he has worked as an Associate Lawyer at Bruchou & Funes de Rioja, Legal & Compliance Manager at Grupo Pampa Energía, Foreign Associate at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton’s New York office, Regional Compliance Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, and Legal Director at Grupo Puente (Argentina, Panamá, Paraguay, Uruguay, and the United Kingdom).
He is a member of the Public Bar Association of Buenos Aires, a board member of the Diversity and Inclusion Commission of the Buenos Aires Bar Association, and a member of the International Bar Association (IBA). Ignacio is a postgraduate professor at Universidad Católica Argentina, where he teaches Corporate Governance.
