TingleMerrett LLP (Canada) and MBPartners | Abogados (Argentina) advise Lion Critical Elements Corp. on the acquisition of 75% of the shares of Pampa Litio S.A.
On November 29, 2025, Lion Critical Elements Corp through its subsidiary LFP RESOURCES Corp. acquired a shareholding interest equivalent to 75% of the share capital and voting rights of Pampa Litio S.A. from Minera El Totoral S.A., subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions precedent.
Pampa Litio S.A. is an Argentine company that holds the following mining properties: (i) the “El Totoral” lithium project, consisting of existing mining claims covering 10,000 hectares in the Province of San Luis; (ii) the “León Herido” lithium project, consisting of existing mining claims covering 9,500 hectares in the Province of San Luis; (iii) the “Novillo Negro” lithium project, consisting of existing mining claims covering 8,500 hectares in the Province of Río Negro; and (iv) the “San Martín” lithium project, consisting of existing mining claims covering 6,400 hectares in the Province of San Luis.
