Academic & Professional Background
Florencia graduated with honors from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and holds a Master’s degree in Business Economic Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina.
Throughout her career, she served as Regional Legal Director at Grupo Despegar, overseeing all litigation and consumer matters in the region, as well as supervising and coordinating all legal affairs of the company at the regional level, advising on contracts, commercial transactions, M&A, and intellectual property, among others. Previously, she was Regional Legal Manager at Editorial Televisa, where she led contract negotiations and managed the company’s litigation matters across several Latin American countries. She also worked as an associate in the Litigation and Arbitration Department at Bruchou & Funes de Rioja, participating in the representation of clients in complex litigations and arbitrations, as well as class actions in consumer law.
She is a member of the Bar Association of Buenos Aires and an active member of various legal associations.
