Academic & Professional Background

Victoria graduated with honors from the National University of Córdoba and holds a Master’s degree in Law and Economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. She also earned an Executive Certificate in Infrastructure and Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) from Harvard Kennedy School.

Throughout her career, she has worked as an Associate Lawyer at Bruchou & Funes de Rioja, Head of Legal & Compliance at Grupo Pampa Energía, and Legal Manager at Grupo Puente (Argentina, Panamá, Paraguay, Uruguay, and the United Kingdom).

She is a member of the Public Bar Association of Buenos Aires, a board member of the Pro Bono Commission of the Buenos Aires Bar Association, and a member of the International Bar Association (IBA). Additionally, she is actively involved in the Argentine-Chinese Chamber, the Corporate Chamber, and the Argentine-Canadian Chamber of Commerce, among others. Victoria is a full professor of “Contracts II – Special Part” in the Law program at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
